Getting a positive start to your day is easier than you might think. Try a handful or all of these super simple practices:
- Drink a glass of water before your feet hit the floor
- Take 8 slow, deep belly breaths
- Make a hot beverage and read or listen to something uplifting
- Take a warm shower
- Stretch
- Pray/ Meditate
- Take a walk (in nature preferably)
- Spend a solid 2 minutes giving gratitude for all the abundance in your life
- Do something silly with your family (or love on your pet)
- Play energising, inspiring music while preparing your breakfast
